Agreement on Strategic Collaboration with Soracom in the IoT Field and Establishment of a New Company

Marubeni has concluded an agreement with Soracom, Inc. for the establishment of a joint venture between Marubeni subsidiary Marubeni I-DIGIO Holdings Corporation and Soracom. This joint venture will entail strategic collaboration in the IoT field.
