Soracom was named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Managed IoT Connectivity Services, Worldwide — its first time in the Leaders quadrant, after being a Niche Player in 2021 and 2022 and a Visionary in 2023. Beyond Gartner®, Soracom was also named a Leader and Ace Performer in QKS Group's SPARK Matrix for IoT Connectivity Management Platforms (2025), and a Leader in Counterpoint Research's 2026 IoT Connectivity Management Platform Rankings.

QKS Group designated Soracom as the Most Valuable Pioneer for its GenAI-native IoT connectivity infrastructure and leadership in accelerating AI-driven IoT application development and deployment. The recognition came from QKS's whitepaper introducing the QKS AI Maturity Matrix for IoT Connectivity Management Platforms, which assesses how deeply GenAI capabilities are embedded across platform architecture, developer tooling, AI orchestration, and production deployment readiness. Soracom earned the title for its complete, generally available GenAI developer stack natively integrated within its cloud-native PaaS architecture — including Soracom Flux, Flux App Templates, Flux Video Analysis, Soracom Query, MCP Server, and Wisora — demonstrating that connectivity, workflow orchestration, AI models, and application logic can operate within a single unified platform context.
