Inquiries about devices
You can collect inquiries to SORACOM certified device partners. If you are looking for a device suitable for your use, please use it for consultation on cost and delivery date.
Support to existing customers
If you are an existing customer with an inquiry about any of our SORACOM services, or if you require support on how to use our services, please contact us using our support site.
Support Site Inquiries
Inquiries can be sent through our support site using one of the following methods:
Log in to the SORACOM user console.
Please create an accountif you do not already have one. You only need an e-mail address to create an account.
- Once you have logged in to the user console, press the Support button on the top-right of the user console screen to log in to the support site and send us your inquiry.
Support Site Structure and Opening Hours
- The support team is available on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- However, support outside of these hours may be provided depending on the circumstances, in case of extremely urgent issues such as communication faults, etc.
